Dear Dr. Tomaselli and all at Chicago Smile Design,

I have been a patient of yours for almost ten years. I cannot say enough
good things about your staff. I consider myself to be a difficult patient
because I have a bad gag reflex, but with your staff's patience I have been
able to not only get my teeth cleaned and not feel anxious, but get oral
surgery and braces.

The patience and coaching of Dr. Tomaselli can put anyone at ease who has
anxieties about seeing the dentist. The staff also has an impeccable "bed
side manner" in that they work with Dr. Tomaselli as a team.

I recommend Dr. Tomaselli to everyone looking for a dentist, because Chicago
Smile Design makes a difference. They are top notch with their people skills
and are always two steps ahead with the latest technology.

I LOVE this dentist office, and this letter is coming from a 32 year old
women who hated the dentist so much growing up that she would literally run
out of the dentist's office and would never step a foot in an orthodontist's
office.

Maybe the office can show a before and after of my teeth to physically prove

Why is Doc Tomaselli the most awesome Dentist?

2 years ago, I called Dr. Tomaselli's office, it was the changing point of my life. I was so scared to make an appointment it took me three attempts to make the call.  I told the kind woman on the phone, Jill, that I was absolutely terrified of dentists and would need a sedative just to walk in the door. She reassured me that Dr. Tomaselli was familiar with patients like me and that they were very sensitive to my denta-phobic needs.

I could barely open my mouth for the Doctor. I was so ashamed of my mouth; it had been 8 years since I had been to a dentist because of my extreme fear.  Dr. Tomaselli explained to me (and my supportive husband) what kind of extensive treatment I would need. I was scared, yes, but the staff of Chicago Smile Design made sure I was okay at all times, once even driving me home after a root canal.

Before, I could not even have a cleaning without being sedated now it is a piece of cake. Thanks to this extraordinary care I have received at this office, I have overcome my fears of the dentist. I come in by myself for every visit, get cleanings regularly, and I am now completing the final stage of my "oral renovation" with Invisalign Braces. I am so proud of my smile and teeth! Dr. Tomaselli has helped me to not only reverse the decay that had occurred from years of fear and neglect, but also has helped me to conquer my fear of Dentists and make me feel great about my mouth.

I am proud to show off my teeth and will take care of them for the rest of my life. I have been transformed by the treatment I have received at Chicago Smile Design.   Dr. Tomaselli, Jill, and the rest of the incredible caring staff, I thank you!! See you at my next appointment!

I can't think of any higher praise than to say that I trust Dr. Pete completely - I have been seeing him for about 17 years and wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of me.  He is caring and thorough and is one of the few professionals who still take pride in their work - and his is a work of art!
