Insurance Assistance

You have enough to worry about without concerning yourself with the laborious details of your insurance coverage. At Chicago Smile Design, you will have dedicated patient care coordinators who will work to maximize your benefits, get you the most coverage for the treatment you need, and handle all communication with your insurance company so you can just sit back and say “AHHHHH…”

Chicago Smile Design is in network with Cigna PPO, Delta Dental PPO, Metlife PPO and Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO.  Additionally, our practice accepts most dental insurance programs used by major employers in our area and we can verify your eligibility before you are committed to treatment.

Payment Programs

Customized Payment Plans - For our patients without insurance coverage customized programs are available on a per case basis.

Referral Rewards Program - At our office we reward YOU for referring your friends and family to get the exceptional dental care they need.

New Patient Specials - $99 for your initial exam and x-rays, free whitening, and $50 towards any treatment you need

Pay in Full Reward - A 5% accounting adjustment is allowed when fees in excess of $500 are paid in full by cash or check on the day that treatment is presented or in advance of scheduling the appointment.

Give & Receive Program - Throughout the year Chicago Smile Design donates to area non-profit organization.  For the kindess of our fellow donators who give, you receive free gifts or chances to win prizes.   Look to our newsletter for more information. 

Extended Payment Options

We also offer extended payment options which allow you to spread payments out from 3-60 months. They do not require down payment and have easy low monthly payments.
