Dr. Tomaselli is quick to credit his staff for Chicago Smile Design's success. His team includes college graduates, aspiring dentists, dental hygienists and physicians, and millitary personnel. They are people who continue to prepare for their own future roles as leaders in healthcare. Dr. Tomaselli has made it a priority to give back by mentoring aspiring professionals.
