Dr. Amy has been my dentist for many years, and I can’t say enough great things about her and the staff at Chicago Smile Design. Dr. Amy is always friendly and positive, and her work is outstanding. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care and personalized treatment.

Dr Patel is the best! Established care with him recently and couldn’t be happier. He’s performed both standard dental care and cosmetic work for me, and everything has been amazing. He is knowledgeable, listens to your wants/needs, and extremely skilled. Can’t recommend him enough, and very satisfied with my care thus far! The hygienists are amazing too!

Great dentistry experience – had Layla as my hygienist this visit, who was great, efficient but thorough! But so was everyone on the staff, Dr Rouf and Dr Tomaselli have both been very helpful and caring!

Very friends staff and dr. I felt welcomed and they did a great job removing my wisdom teeth! Everyone told me it would be a painful procedure but I felt nothing. Thank you! Upon walking in I was offered water and all through out my stay I was asked if I needed anything.

The staff here is super friendly, knowledgeable and attentive! I got a dental implant here and they were incredibly helpful in explaining and executing the procedure and working with my insurance. They make themselves very available to patients and they also have good parking which is always a bonus
